Shanghai Wuxin Charity Foundation has always been committed to promoting social inclusivity and equality, with a special focus on addressing the communication barriers faced by deaf individuals in the employment sector.

聋人由于沟通困难，常常在求职和工作过程中遭遇不公平对待。为了帮助聋人克服这一困境，我们发起“声动未来工程”计划，通过专业的语言训练帮助聋人建立沟通自信，提升沟通能力，从而减少工作上的障碍，实现平等就业机会，唤醒聋人的声音，铸就自信未来。

Due to communication difficulties, deaf individuals often encounter unfair treatment in the process of job seeking and employment. To assist deaf individuals in overcoming this challenge, we plan to launch the "Voice for the Future Project." Through professional language training, we aim to help deaf individuals build confidence in communication, enhance their communication skills, reduce barriers in the workplace, achieve equal employment opportunities, awaken the voices of the deaf person, and forge a confident future.

聋人语训志愿者致力于陪伴聋人交流，为他们提供友好陪伴，鼓励参与日常对话。聆听他们的言辞，培养自信。通过友善的对话和互动，帮助聋人提升交流技能，减少沟通障碍，促进社交融入。

Deaf person language training volunteers are dedicated to accompanying deaf individuals in communication, providing them with friendly companionship, encouraging participation in daily conversations. Listening to their words, nurturing self-confidence. Through friendly conversations and interactions, they help deaf individuals improve their communication skills, reduce communication barriers, and promote social integration.

02聋人语训师志愿者

聋人语训师志愿者负责制定个性化课程计划，指导聋人恢复语言能力，提高交流技能。通过专业教导和个性化支持，帮助聋人克服语言障碍，建立自信。与团队协作，组织互动活动，跟踪进展，调整课程。在鼓励与激励下，记录成长和改进，为聋人融入社会做准备。

Deaf Person Language Instructor Volunteers are responsible for developing personalized lesson plans, guiding deaf individuals in regaining their language abilities, and enhancing their communication skills. Through professional instruction and personalized support, they assist deaf individuals in overcoming language barriers and building self-confidence. They collaborate with a team, organize interactive activities, monitor progress, and adjust the curriculum. With encouragement and motivation, they document growth and improvements to prepare deaf individuals for integration into society.
